About The Position

The 3rd Shift Relief Sanitation Assist. (Drains) will serve as the relief for the full time drain cleaning personnel and all related activities.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• 6 plus months of solid work experience in any industry
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow manufacturer's specifications and direction
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Self-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision
• Customer focused and able to work in a collaborative team
• Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills
• Ability to lift/carry up to 55 lbs.
• Must possess solid decision-making abilities.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have good leadership skills.
• Must have mechanical aptitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience communicating with supervisors and co-workers in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
• Knowledge of various pieces of high tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as relief for full-time drain cleaning personnel.
• Perform all related activities associated with drain cleaning.
• Perform routine preventive duties.
• Learn Sanitation Critical Records Review.
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.
• Commitment to excellence in quality and sanitation.
• Commitment to knowledge of EQMS Sanitation Standards.

Benefits

• Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour
