About The Position

We are looking for experienced manufacturing operators to join our 3rd shift team. These are long-term opportunities for dependable individuals who take pride in their work and are looking for a company where they can build longevity. We currently have openings for Haven Cutter Operator, Manual Bender Operator, and Material Handler / Forklift Operator. These are not short-term or seasonal positions. We are looking for people who want to come to work, do a good job, and become a dependable part of the team for the long haul.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or material-handling experience
• Previous forklift and material-handling experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-minded and dependable
• Looking for a long-term position and committed to building longevity with the company

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating similar equipment is preferred.
• Candidates should have previous experience working with metal, bending equipment, or similar manufacturing machinery.
• Experience working with steel, metal, or industrial equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate a Haven cutter to process metal materials while maintaining production and quality standards.
• Operate manual bending equipment to accurately form steel and other metal products.
• Safely operate a forklift to move, stage, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.
