About The Position

Trinity Oaks Health & Rehab, a member of Lutheran Services Carolinas, is seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Nurse (LPN/RN) to join their team. This role involves delivering exceptional care to residents in a senior living community, working closely with physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. The position offers a sign-on bonus, competitive pay with shift differentials, daily pay access, and comprehensive benefits starting after 30 days.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program
• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of LPN or RN experience

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Documenting and maintaining medical records
• Supervising and supporting the nursing team
• Monitoring resident health and responding to changes promptly
• Ensuring drug security and compliance with protocols
• Fostering a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff

Benefits

• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Competitive Pay: LPN- $32 per hr. base pay; RN - $41 per hr. base pay
• $2.00/hour differential for 3rd shift
• $4.00/hour for all weekend shifts
