About The Position

ConAgra Brands in Marshall Missouri, a local supplier of Banquet products, is looking for qualified individuals to fill onsite freezer forklift operator positions reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Wage starting at $20.57 per hour + $2.50 per hour attendance bonus & shift differential. This role involves working in a cold environment and requires operating a forklift for loading, unloading, and warehousing of products, as well as checking counts of incoming/outgoing products. The position emphasizes completing job assignments to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met to maintain an organized flow of the production process.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED or at least one year of manufacturing employment in work history.
Operate hand jack and forklift.
Work up to 7.5 hours/shifts.
Push/pull fork controls 7.5 hours/shifts.
Post offer background screen and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Complete job assignments to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met to maintain an organized flow of the production process.
Drive a forklift for loading, unloading and warehousing of products.
Check for proper count of incoming/outgoing products, and miscellaneous items to assure proper count.
Work in a cold environment.
