Requirements
- K-5 Michigan Certification and Endorsements for appropriate grade levels are required.
- Must meet all of the NCLB qualifications
Responsibilities
- Instruction and Supervision of students
- Knowledgeable in classroom management
- Be a role model for students
- Write the outcomes of courses taught
- Attend conferences and workshops to keep current
- Focuses on finding solutions, is proactive, and has a growth mindset
- Help monitor hallways and school grounds
- Be involved in after-school and extracurricular activities
- Keep accurate classroom records
- Work as a team member
- Has experience, or the desire, to implement ‘ The Leader In Me ’ ideals into our schools
