About The Position

We’re looking for a North America 3PL Lead to ensure operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and service performance across our North American 3PL distribution network. This is a critical role within the Flora Food Group Logistics organization, serving as the primary point of accountability for day-to-day 3PL performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives to deliver best-in-class service and efficiency. You’ll work closely with 3PL partners, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain compliance, optimize processes, and achieve Flora’s ambitious service targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, and 3PL management.
  • Strong understanding of WMS and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Proven experience managing supplier relationships and enforcing KPIs.
  • Deep knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and audit management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis expertise.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Flora and 3PL partners for all warehouse execution activities.
  • Monitor daily DC performance (receiving, put-away, picking, loading, outbound execution).
  • Conduct weekly/monthly KPI reviews and ensure corrective actions for underperformance.
  • Validate proper use of WMS/SAP processes and enforce adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
  • Track and process all 3PL invoices for accuracy.
  • Own inventory accuracy across the North America 3PL network (US + Canada).
  • Manage cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
  • Lead annual physical inventory processes and support external audits.
  • Ensure WMS-to-SAP alignment and drive root cause analysis for variances.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for all warehouse processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance service, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
  • Standardize best practices across the network in collaboration with global teams.
  • Support achievement of 99%+ service level targets through flawless outbound execution.
  • Review order allocation, picking quality, fill rates, and OTIF performance.
  • Partner with Customer Service, Planning, and Quality to resolve order or shipment issues.
  • Work closely with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Quality, IT, Finance, and Factory CI teams.
  • Participate in ITP/IBP forums as the logistics representative for DC readiness.
  • Support new product launches, seasonal ramp-ups, and major promotional events.
  • Track and publish KPI dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with 3PL partners, highlighting trends and improvement plans.
