3DE by Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming high school education. 3DE was designed with and is implemented in partnership with school districts to make high school more relevant, experiential, and connected to the real world through project-based learning, case methodology, and competency development. Our goal is to prepare students for the demands of tomorrow's economy, providing them with the opportunity for a choice-filled life. Role Overview: 3DE School Director The 3DE School Director serves as the on-site leader, advocate, and driver of the 3DE model within a high school. This role is responsible for ensuring strong implementation, building stakeholder buy-in, and leading the day-to-day execution of 3DE programming. While you are part of a broader 3DE and Junior Achievement network, this is a highly autonomous yet collaborative leadership role. The School Director is the primary champion for 3DE in the building, responsible for advocating for the model, influencing school culture, and ensuring successful outcomes for students and teachers. The School Director leads implementation across classrooms and grade levels, facilitates teacher growth through structured collaboration and professional development, and ensures the successful execution of complex student experiences, including high-impact culminating events. This role requires a proactive leader who is comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and building strong partnerships across educators, administrators, and business stakeholders. This role is primarily based in a single school setting, requiring a high level of independence and ownership.
