About The Position

3DCP Companies is seeking an experienced Concrete Printing Pilot Foreman to direct field crews, manage site operations, and oversee complex, automated 3D concrete-printing projects. The Concrete Printing Pilot Foreman is responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, materials, site preparation, conventional construction activities, and concrete-printing operations to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and established schedules. The Foreman will work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, equipment operators, concrete specialists, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years as a Construction Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead overseeing field crews of 3+ personnel.
  • 5+ years in construction/skilled trades, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale additive manufacturing/3D printing, heavy equipment, advanced automation, or robotics.
  • Strong operational knowledge of construction equipment, concrete pumps, batch plants, and machinery maintenance.
  • Must hold a valid Driver's License and a valid Passport for domestic and international deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily field construction activities, manage crew schedules, coordinate multiple trades/subcontractors, and mentor team members in both traditional construction and 3DCP methods.
  • Oversee job-site prep, foundation readiness, and layout. Direct the deployment, positioning, calibration, and operation of 3D printers and batch plant equipment alongside engineering teams.
  • Coordinate traditional construction tasks with 3D concrete-printing steps to hit target schedules. Inspect work for dimensional accuracy, structural standards, and post-print finishing requirements.
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, lead daily safety talks, and maintain accurate records for labor, materials, equipment, and production progress.
