About The Position

Autotiv is seeking a dedicated and task-oriented individual to join our internal production shop. This on-site role is based in a comfortable, air-conditioned facility. The position offers comprehensive training to master responsibilities, starting with shipping and receiving and post-processing custom-manufactured parts, and progressing to operating and maintaining various consumer and industrial 3D printers. The company emphasizes growth and offers a supportive, dynamic environment for career development.

Requirements

• A task-oriented mindset
• A proactive and energetic approach to work
• Computer proficiency (Email, Windows OS, learning Autotiv's custom software)
• The ability to stand for extended periods
• The strength to lift 30 lbs regularly and team lift heavier loads occasionally
• Comfort working in warm conditions (with AC!) with protective gear
• A knack for working efficiently under pressure
• Must be able to always work weekends
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving parts
• Learning to operate and maintain a wide variety of 3D printers and processes
• Utilizing various manual and automated air and hand tools for part preparation
• Conducting inspection and quality control
• Ensuring shop cleanliness
