About The Position
Formlabs is seeking reliable, hands-on team members to help maintain smooth operations in their 3D printing production. In this role, individuals will work on a production floor utilizing advanced 3D printers to create parts for a global customer base. No prior experience with 3D printing is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. This is a full-time, hourly position within a high-tech facility, offering opportunities to learn and rotate through various hands-on production stations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar role is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Able to work independently and efficiently after training
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to jump in where needed
Responsibilities
- Operate 3D printers and other production equipment (training provided)
- Clean, finish, inspect, and package printed parts
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures
- Stay organized and keep your work area clean
- Work with teammates and communicate clearly with supervisors
- Help meet daily production goals
