340B Program Manager - Contract Pharmacy
About The Position
The 340B Program Manager – Contract Pharmacy focuses on managing 340B contract pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures. As a compliance expert, the 340B Manager acts as a liaison with affiliated departments to maintain program integrity and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. This position works closely with pharmacy, finance, compliance, and IT teams to optimize program performance, safeguard adherence to regulatory standards, and facilitate cost saving opportunities for eligible entities. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with TPAs, wholesalers, contract pharmacies, and pharmacy leadership to support decision-making for new processes.
Requirements
- Current state Pharmacy Technician License
- 5 years of experience in 340B program operations
- Strong knowledge of 340B compliance, regulations, and data analysis for identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Strong understanding of manufacturer policies related to data requirements, drug access, and pricing restrictions
- Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to navigate EMR systems in acute care and ambulatory care settings, as well as pharmacy management software
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) Certification
- Experience with contract pharmacy workflows and TPAs
