About The Position

The 310s Technician will diagnose the source of malfunctions and perform repairs on vehicles. This role involves inspecting vehicle computer and electronic systems for repair, maintenance, and upgrades. The technician will determine if additional safety or service work is required, perform routine maintenance, and maintain accurate records of all repairs, diagnostics, and services. Ensuring vehicles qualify for warranty before performing warranty repairs and conducting road tests using safe driving standards are key responsibilities. The role also requires providing excellent customer service and thorough information to service and parts teams, while maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace. The technician must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures. Continuous learning to stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry advancements is encouraged.

Requirements

  • Applicant must possess a 310S License.
  • Must have strong mechanical aptitude and be well versed in automotive repair.
  • Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Must be able to lift 85 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram experience and/or EV experience is an asset.
