About The Position

Hanline Frozen Foods is seeking a second shift forklift driver for shipping and receiving purposes and to provide support to our production floor. Hanline Frozen Foods is a premium supplier of All-Natural, IQF, and Ready-to-Eat Ingredients to some of the most reputable food service, retail, food manufacturing and wholesale distribution companies in the United States.

Requirements

• Proven experience in materials handling and warehouse operations
• Proficient in operating forklifts and heavy equipment
• Familiarity with distribution center processes and order picking
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate cherry pickers and clamp trucks

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy in order picking and shipping.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards while handling materials and operating machinery.
• Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
• Assist in training new staff and support warehouse supervisors in daily operations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
