About The Position

This role is responsible for employee rotation, tool tracking, and reporting abnormalities on the processing floor. The lead will also be responsible for relieving employees on the line for breaks and performing additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in English
• Able to lift up to 50LBS
• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floor
• Able to use hand-held tools such as knives, scissors, etc
• Repetitive grasping, reaching, pushing, and pulling arm motions required
• Good overall work and attendance record
• Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with others on the line
• Maintain management standards

• Prefer bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Punjabi, English/Hmong)
