About The Position
Partnership Academy is seeking a 2nd Grade Classroom Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves providing exceptional instruction to a homeroom class, collaborating with a strong team, and ensuring instruction aligns with Minnesota state standards. Teachers at PA are supported through weekly professional development, formal and informal observations, and frequent feedback to continuously improve their practice and impact students' academic, linguistic, social, and emotional growth. The position requires analyzing and adapting curriculum, collecting and interpreting data to guide instruction, providing individualized support, partnering with families, and establishing a strong learning culture.
Requirements
- Minnesota Teaching License (Required)
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse students (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Two years of Teaching experience (Preferred)
- Spanish speaker (Preferred)
- Experience in Science of Reading/ Structured Literacy (Preferred)
