About The Position

The 2nd End Operator plays a vital role in assembling high-quality cable systems used in aerospace applications. In this hands-on position, you will prepare, terminate, and inspect cable assemblies using detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and specialized tools. Your work ensures every product meets strict customer specifications and industry standards such as AS9100 and IPC/WHMA‑A‑620. From installing connectors and verifying measurements to applying protective materials and maintaining full traceability, your attention to detail directly impacts product reliability, first-pass yield, and on-time delivery.
