About The Position
The 2nd Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience and driving profitable top-line sales growth. The role contributes to team development, sales and guest loyalty, store presentation, operational execution, inventory management, expense control, safety, and loss prevention.
Requirements
- High school completion or equivalent GED.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Two years of experience in a retail management role is preferred.
Responsibilities

- Implement company selling strategies, coach selling behaviors, and maximize the Guest Sales Leader role.
- Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program, KPIs, Best Guest communication, and Grass Roots Marketing; build lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, planning, visual maintenance, signage, and cleanliness.
- Assist with business analysis and create action plans for effective operational execution and improved results.
- Support clear team communication and alignment.
- Support inventory management and control expenses.
- Incorporate safety and loss prevention into daily activities and follow company policies and Code of Ethics.
- Achieve or exceed KPI goals through planning, execution, and continuous performance improvement.
