About The Position

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays. This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location: Oran Park NSW, 2570 You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Before school care: 7am-9am After school care: 2.30pm-6.30pm Admin: 8 Total hours: 38

Requirements

Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
Completion of mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to employment.
Ability to work split shifts, Monday to Friday.
Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
Can-do, positive attitude.
Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoy having fun.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
Undergo thorough background checks, reference checks, and screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and create memorable experiences for children.
Support the Director of Service.
Work across split shifts: Before school care (7am-9am), After school care (2.30pm-6.30pm), and Admin (8 hours total per week).
Communicate effectively with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
Contribute to creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
Uphold child safety standards and complete mandatory training.
