26 Foot Non CDL Box Truck Driver
About The Position
We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED 26 FOOT BOX TRUCK DRIVER to join our team in Humble, TX. Candidates MUST HAVE AT Least 1 year of verifiable experience in the last 3 years (ONLY 26 FOOT EXPERIENCE). This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, but candidates must be available to work weekends when needed. The role involves 100% touch freight. The pay range is $20.00-$22.00 per hour, which is the anticipated starting salary range. The company may adjust this range based on market conditions and other factors. The company will work with selected candidates on the final starting salary in accordance with applicable laws.
Requirements
- Valid NON CDL driver’s license
- DOT MEDICAL Required
- Clean driving record
- No speeding 15 over
- No DUI or criminal history
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable 26 foot experience ONLY
- Must complete full application process
- Must pass road test
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26 foot box truck with liftgate
- Load and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed (touching freight is required 100% of the time)
- Complete timely and accurate deliveries
- Deliver to commercial and residential locations
- Average 15–20 stops per day
- Approximately 250 miles driven daily
- Routes throughout Houston area
- Some Installations may be required (10% of time)
