About The Position

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses. We are seeking driven and high-performing college students with an interest in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience, professional mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, volunteer opportunities, and valuable networking experiences. Internship opportunities are available across a variety of Wealth Management departments, including: Bryn Mawr Trust Advisory – Support Wealth Advisors, Investment Advisors, and other team members by preparing for client meetings, conducting client research, analyzing data, and assisting with financial planning activities. Responsibilities also include supporting internal committees, documenting meeting outcomes, handling administrative communications and reporting, and contributing to special projects that enhance wealth management services, client experiences, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
  • Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
  • Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
  • Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
  • Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication is required.
  • Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
