About The Position

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell. This intern will focus on supporting additive manufacturing initiatives through process development, equipment implementation, and continuous improvement projects. Responsibilities include evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes, identifying and addressing production bottlenecks, supporting the commissioning of new manufacturing systems, and contributing to production, post-processing, shipping, and quality activities. This hands-on role provides direct collaboration with engineers and technicians to advance and scale innovative manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship program period (May-August 2027), pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Familiarity with or a strong interest in additive manufacturing, manufacturing operations, and process improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Intern compensation is determined based on academic standing and expected graduation date. Hourly rates for this position range from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.
