About The Position

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell. This intern will focus on developing a data-driven framework to identify and prioritize commercial growth opportunities. Responsibilities include analyzing revenue, customer, market, and sales pipeline data; gathering stakeholder requirements; creating a standardized opportunity-assessment methodology; and developing executive-ready dashboards and recommendations that support informed, profitable growth decisions.

Requirements

  • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship program period (May-August 2027), pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship (required)
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret complex data sets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in commercial strategy, revenue operations, market intelligence, and data-driven decision-making

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred

Benefits

  • Intern compensation is determined based on academic standing and expected graduation date. Hourly rates for this position range from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.
