About The Position

ABB’s two-year Discovery rotational program gives participants experience across manufacturing operations, supply chain, purchasing, logistics, procurement, HSE, continuous improvement, and manufacturing supervision. Participants complete three rotations, which may be structured as 6 months, 6 months, and 12 months, within the Electrification business group. Rotation assignments are selected based on individual interests, skills, and business needs. The program begins with a July orientation and includes global early talent programming in professional development, technical training, networking, and social engagement. A dedicated program manager supports participants throughout the program, which concludes with a capstone project and final presentation. In this HSE role, the participant supports risk assessments, hazard controls, incident reporting and investigations, HSE programs, and initiatives that promote a strong safety and environmental culture. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to social events and team activities and build a broad network within ABB. Participants must be open to relocation across the U.S. for each rotation; relocation assistance is provided.
