About The Position

This internship offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in various engineering disciplines within a live facility environment. Interns will be involved in critical tasks such as asset technical specification verification, optimization of calibration frequency, and vendor qualification for calibration services. The program aims to provide practical exposure to pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), calibration programs, reliability engineering, and operational constraints, while also developing essential presentation and reporting skills.

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency with AutoCAD or similar drafting tools
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
  • Understanding of Different measuring parameter
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • High School diploma or GED—Required
  • Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must commit to the full duration of the internship (all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026.)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., BMRAM) — exposure preferred but not required.
