About The Position

This is an opportunity to be immersed in the culture of a leading general aviation manufacturer, home to two iconic brands: Cessna and Beechcraft. As a Digital Artistry Intern, you'll collaborate closely with our experienced graphics team to create compelling visual content. From small single-engine aircraft to super-midsized jets, the projects span a wide range. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting customer presentations and marketing campaigns. Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree and programs of study in: o Digital Arts o Game Art Development o Graphic Design o Computer Animation o Visual Effects o Other related field
• Exceptional visual communication skills with a strong eye for composition and colorMeticulous attention to detail ensuring both visual precision and technical accuracy
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop or equivalent tools
• Professional, diplomatic, and collaborative demeanor
• High level of accountability, integrity, and ethical standards
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship.
• Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks.
• Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with 3D modeling in 3ds Max, Maya, or similar software preferred
• Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow project briefs thoroughly, ensuring all requested deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
• Support the development of compelling visual assets for marketing materials, presentations, and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals.
• Bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and fresh ideas to the table. Ask thoughtful questions, challenge conventional approaches, and explore innovative visual storytelling techniques.
• Be collaborative. Partner with fellow interns and cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative solutions that enhance the impact of visual content.
• Build engaging presentations that communicate your project journey and final deliverables.
