Requirements

Must have attained a Bachelor's degree (recent graduates not currently enrolled in a grad program).
Must be pursuing a Master's degree (enrolled student).
Must have attained a Master's degree.
Public Health, Public Policy, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Event Management, or a closely related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with an aptitude for building structured processes or documentation (e.g., SOPs/guides).
Comfort working with qualitative data and translating abstract ideas or feedback into clear, actionable, and structured insights.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional team settings and build strong interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities

Author and formalize comprehensive SOPs and best-practice playbooks to standardize how council insights, partnerships updates, and symposia learnings are captured and shared across the team.
Map overlapping stakeholder networks and build internal tracking systems to ensure cross-functional alignment between council feedback, national policy coalitions, and event outcomes.
Introduce information-sharing methods and internal workshop structures to ensure the Symposia, Council, and Partnership leads operate with maximum visibility and collaborative efficiency.
Propose and implement creative ideas, collaboration tools and workshop formats to streamline information sharing and enhance day-to-day synergy among team leads.
Support the curation of event agendas, speaker briefs, and run-of-show materials to integrate community and policy insights into major national convenings.
Utilize data tools to monitor partnership alignments, track council participation, and evaluate event success to drive continuous team improvement.
