Requirements

  • Must have attained a Bachelor's degree (recent graduates not currently enrolled in a grad program).
  • Must be pursuing a Master's degree (enrolled student).
  • Must have attained a Master's degree.
  • Public Health, Public Policy, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Event Management, or a closely related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with an aptitude for building structured processes or documentation (e.g., SOPs/guides).
  • Comfort working with qualitative data and translating abstract ideas or feedback into clear, actionable, and structured insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional team settings and build strong interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Author and formalize comprehensive SOPs and best-practice playbooks to standardize how council insights, partnerships updates, and symposia learnings are captured and shared across the team.
  • Map overlapping stakeholder networks and build internal tracking systems to ensure cross-functional alignment between council feedback, national policy coalitions, and event outcomes.
  • Introduce information-sharing methods and internal workshop structures to ensure the Symposia, Council, and Partnership leads operate with maximum visibility and collaborative efficiency.
  • Propose and implement creative ideas, collaboration tools and workshop formats to streamline information sharing and enhance day-to-day synergy among team leads.
  • Support the curation of event agendas, speaker briefs, and run-of-show materials to integrate community and policy insights into major national convenings.
  • Utilize data tools to monitor partnership alignments, track council participation, and evaluate event success to drive continuous team improvement.
