About The Position
The 2's Teacher is responsible for managing a classroom and leading a safe, nurturing, engaging learning environment for children. The teacher implements The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and uses its characters to make learning fun. The role includes communicating with parents about children’s activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal conversations, building relationships with families and coworkers, and supporting an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- At least six months of professional teaching experience is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
Nice To Haves
- One year of professional teaching experience preferred.
- Associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field preferred.
