About The Position

As a Paint Line Assembler, you’ll play a key role on our Powder 3 paint line at Plant 2. You’ll load and unload painted components, package parts, and complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub‑assemblies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass basic math and measuring assessments.
• Familiarity with PC navigation, scanning, and data entry.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English (translation assistance available upon request).
• Skilled in reading tape measures.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies.
• Read and follow shop orders and blueprints.
• Load/unload components.
• Perform mechanical/electrical assemblies.
• Package products and complete documentation.
• Use ERP for reporting
• Support 5S and continuous improvement.
