About The Position

This role serves as a 1st Shift Lead, reporting to the 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor. The primary function is to assist the Supervisor in maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy in all warehouse operations. The position requires versatility to support departments with the greatest need and a comprehensive understanding of company Good Distribution Practices (GDPs). Key duties include checking freight for errors, damage, and correctness, arranging product within the warehouse, and expertly utilizing RF guns. This role also involves training warehouse operators, advocating for and supporting all employees, and possessing the knowledge to step into shipping/receiving clerk duties.

Requirements

• Complete knowledge of company GDPs
• Expert in RF gun and able to handle the tough situations on the floor
• Head trainer to warehouse operators
• Should know all processes on the floor and be able to step in as shipping/receiving clerk
