Requirements

  • 2+ years of inventory control, materials, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
  • SAP experience required.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and cycle counting practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
  • Regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
  • Frequently required to walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Occasionally required to stand.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily cycle counting activities and inventory audits using SAP.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory reconciliation efforts.
  • Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes.
  • Process inventory adjustments in accordance with company procedures.
  • Partner with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to resolve inventory issues.
  • Generate inventory accuracy and cycle count performance reports.
  • Support month-end and annual physical inventory activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control and material flow.
