About The Position

Körber Pharma Packaging Materials LLC is seeking an experienced 1st Pressman to oversee the press process and the 2nd Operator. The role is responsible for press setup, run accountability, and time management, with a strong focus on quality. The position also performs basic preventive maintenance as scheduled and requires effective communication with supervisors, peers, and subordinates. The Pressman must follow safety procedures when working with machinery and hazardous materials.

This position works a 12-hour night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM. The hourly pay range is $34 to $38, based on experience and qualifications. Applicants must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience on sheetfed presses.
• Knowledge of LAB.
• G7 experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP paperwork and processes.
• Aqueous coating experience.
• UV experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Heidelberg experience is highly preferred.
