Matchbook Learning is a mission-driven, non-profit charter network based in Indianapolis, dedicated to transforming education through innovation, personalization, and strong community. We currently operate two schools: Matchbook Learning at Wendell Phillips School 63 (K–8) and The Match High School and Career Center (growing to serve grades 9–11 by Fall 2026). Our mission is to personalize learning within a restorative community, building resilience, excellence, and real-world readiness for every student. At Matchbook, we believe every child should be known, loved, and challenged to reach their full potential—and we build the systems and supports to make that happen. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic First Grade Teacher to join our Elementary Team at Wendell Phillips School 63. First grade is a critical year for building strong reading, writing, and math foundations. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early literacy development, structured, engaging instruction, and supporting students as they transition into more independent learning. You will play a key role in helping students develop confidence, foundational skills, and a love of learning.
