Operates IPC Towers and decomposers. Assists maintenance when needed and moves finished goods to the warehouse. This role includes a structured training and qualification period. Employees will begin as a Second-Class Operator and, upon successfully completing the required training, probationary period, and qualification requirements, will be promoted to First-Class Operator. Talking, hearing, color vision depth perception, and good peripheral vision are required to properly operate forklift, perform testing, and communicate results. Requires exposure to the manufacturing areas where certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields, hard hat, steel-toed shoes, and mandatory hearing protection.
