1099 Window Installer
About The Position
Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 installer to install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures. The role includes applying finish work as needed, communicating with management after installations to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and completing a job checklist with the homeowner. Installers are expected to treat homeowners and their property with the utmost respect. The position offers year-round work, paid training, bonus opportunities, weekly direct deposits, a flexible schedule, and stated annual earnings of $150,000–$300,000 (with the headline also advertising earnings up to $300,000).
Requirements
- At least 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
- Knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens.
- An established LLC or business.
- Workers' compensation and liability insurance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
Responsibilities
