About The Position

Otterly Baths is seeking skilled 1099 Shower Installers for on-call, as-needed projects. This role is ideal for experienced contractors who have their own steady work and are looking for quality add-on jobs during busy seasons. You will be responsible for installing acrylic and solid-surface wall systems, shower bases, and bathtubs in residential homes. Projects typically last 1-2 days and include wall panels, trim, and accessories, along with basic plumbing, carpentry, and drywall work tied to the install. Work volume will vary based on seasonal demand.

Requirements

3+ years of experience installing acrylic or solid-surface shower systems (wall systems, bases, and tubs).
Hands-on skills in carpentry, basic plumbing, and drywall.
Ability to work independently and manage your own timeline.
Active general liability insurance.
Own tools, equipment, and transportation.
Possess any licensing required by law.
Operate as a 1099 independent contractor / own business entity.
