About The Position

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced roofing professionals for their contractor network. This role involves residential repair, maintenance, and roofing service work orders through established property management and residential partnerships. It's ideal for independent roofing contractors looking to supplement their workload with flexible, ongoing project opportunities and fast payment processing. The company provides direct work assignments within local service areas, with materials supplied for approved projects when applicable.

Requirements

Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided).
Workers’ Compensation coverage required where applicable.
Valid W9 and Tax ID required.
Must own roofing tools, ladder equipment, trailer, and reliable transportation.
Smartphone required for portal access, communication, and photo uploads.
Professional communication and job site cleanliness required.
Must complete onboarding and portal training prior to receiving assignments.

Nice To Haves

Roofing license preferred or required depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

Conduct roof inspections and troubleshooting, including leak detection, diagnostics, and storm-related damage assessments.
Perform flashing, ventilation, and moisture assessments, identifying potential mold or water intrusion risks.
Execute minor roofing repairs and maintenance, such as shingle, tile, or material repairs, nail pops, sealant application, and gutter maintenance.
Undertake larger roofing projects including tear-offs, underlayment installation, partial or full roof replacements, and soffit, fascia, and ventilation-related repairs.
Document jobs with before, during, and after photos.
Submit detailed job notes through the portal.
Communicate regarding materials and repair recommendations.
