About The Position

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced roofing professionals to join our contractor network for residential repair, maintenance, and roofing-related service work orders through our established residential and property management partnerships. This opportunity is ideal for independent roofing contractors looking to supplement their current workload with flexible, ongoing project opportunities and fast payment processing. We provide direct work assignments within your local service area, and materials are supplied for approved projects when applicable.

Requirements

• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided).
• Workers’ Compensation coverage required where applicable.
• Valid W9 and Tax ID required.
• Must own roofing tools, ladder equipment, trailer, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required for portal access, communication, and photo uploads.
• Professional communication and job site cleanliness required.
• Must complete onboarding and portal training before receiving assignments.

Nice To Haves

• Roofing license preferred or required depending on state and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential roofing services including inspections, troubleshooting, leak detection, diagnostics, storm-related damage inspections, flashing, ventilation, and moisture assessments.
• Identify potential mold or water intrusion risks.
• Conduct minor roofing repairs and maintenance such as shingle, tile, or roofing material repairs, nail pops and small puncture repairs, sealant application around vents and flashing, and gutter repairs and maintenance.
• Handle larger roofing projects and estimates including tear-offs and underlayment installation, partial or full roof replacements, and roofing systems including asphalt, TPO, tile, and related materials.
• Perform soffit, fascia, and ventilation-related repairs.
• Document jobs with before, during, and after photos.
• Submit detailed job notes through the portal.
• Communicate regarding materials and repair recommendations.
