Blue Mountain Bathrooms is seeking experienced 1099 bathroom installation crews to support their growing project volume. This role is for professional crews who prioritize clean work, reliable communication, and high-quality installation. Projects may include tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, accessibility upgrades, and general bathroom remodel work. The ideal crew will understand the importance of both the customer experience and the finished product.
Requirements
- Experience with bathroom remodeling, shower installation, tub-to-shower conversions, or related residential remodeling work
- Ability to work as an independent 1099 crew
- Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation, tools, and equipment required
- Ability to follow project scopes and communicate clearly
- Professional appearance and respectful customer-service mindset
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to complete projects on schedule
Nice To Haves
- Licensed and insured preferred or required, depending on the scope of work
- Experience working in occupied homes is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete bathroom remodeling installations according to agreed project specifications and customer expectations
- Install shower systems, tub-to-shower conversions, fixtures, accessories, and related bathroom components
- Complete projects within agreed schedules and scope requirements
- Maintain clean, respectful, and organized job sites
- Communicate clearly with the Blue Mountain Bathrooms team and homeowners
- Identify and report project issues or field conditions promptly
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
- Maintain professional conduct while working in customers' homes
- Support the company's reputation for dependable service and lasting results
