About The Position

Nashville Riverboats is seeking a 100-Ton Master Captain to command their iconic passenger vessels along the Cumberland River. This is a leadership position at the heart of Music City’s waterfront hospitality scene, responsible for delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Nashville Riverboats offers sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations, blending Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising.

Requirements

• USCG 100-Ton Master’s License
• Experience captaining 90’+ passenger vessels
• Strong close-quarters maneuvering skills
• Guest-friendly, confident communicator
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must participate in a Drug-Free Vessel Program, including pre-employment and random testing

Nice To Haves

• Paddlewheel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Navigate swift currents and execute precision docking
