This specific role involves 1:1 nursing at a patient's home for an 18-year-old with a G-tube, developmental delay, non-verbal communication, and seizure activity. Flexible scheduling is available with full-time, part-time, and per diem cases nearby. Patient-specific training is provided. There is a pet in the home. Diverse cases and shifts are available in surrounding areas.
Requirements
- NYS Nursing licensure required
- Must be computer literate
- Completion of onboarding required prior to training
- Must have malpractice insurance

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 nursing care at a patient's home.
- Administer care to an 18-year-old patient with a G-tube, developmental delay, non-verbal communication, and seizure activity.
- Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed.
