This role involves 1:1 Nursing in a patient's home for a 5-year-old with a Tracheostomy, G-Tube, Oxygen, Development Delay, Non-verbal & Wheelchair Bound. Part-time or per diem schedule is available, with full-time options on nearby cases. Patient-specific training is provided. Other cases/shifts are available in surrounding areas.
Requirements
- NYS Nursing licensure required
- Must be computer literate
- Must have malpractice insurance
- 5yr old with Tracheostomy, G-Tube, Oxygen, Development Delay, Non-verbal & Wheelchair Bound patient care experience

- Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas
Responsibilities
- NYS Nursing licensure required
- Must be computer literate
- Completion of onboarding required prior to training
- Must be able to complete nursing notes prior to end of shift
