AnthroMed Education is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support to students with Severe Multiple Impairments (SXI). Your work ensures that medically complex students can come to school safely, participate fully in their school community, and access the education they deserve. You will be an essential member of a district nursing team led by a passionate District Nurse, who brings deep pediatric expertise and a strong commitment to student health and school access within this school district. Students with Severe Multiple Impairments (SXI) have moderate to severe cognitive impairments alongside one or more significant sensory, physical, or health impairments. Many of our students are medically complex, and your presence as their nurse is what makes it possible for them to be at school each day — safe, supported, and included in their school community alongside their fellow students. Join a collaborative, supportive nursing team that genuinely cares for one another and the students they serve. Work alongside passionate special education teachers, therapists, and families as a valued care partner. Onboarding and ongoing training provided by the district nursing leader and team that works together. You will never navigate this alone. School-based schedule with shorter days, built-in breaks, and summers off. A true work-life balance compared to medical settings. Play a critical role in ensuring students with complex medical needs can attend school safely and be active members of their school community.
