About The Position

Assured Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced RN to serve as a 1:1 nurse for a student entering an Early Childhood program in Lincolnshire, IL. This is a rewarding opportunity that will provide tremendous support for the student in the upcoming school year for 2026-2027. The role offers a consistent, weekday schedule with a 1:1 patient focus, allowing the nurse to build a strong relationship with the student and family. The nurse will be part of a supportive school-based care team and engage in meaningful, mission-driven work.

Requirements

• Must be an RN with an active license for the state of IL
• Current BLS/CPR
• Tracheostomy care
• NG tube feeding
• Hearing & vision impairment support
• Nonambulatory/wheelchair patient care
• Positioning/mobility support (orthopedic needs)
• Medically complex patient monitoring

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AAC/eye-gaze communication devices
• Early childhood or preschool-age pediatric nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for a student in an Early Childhood program.
• Support student with tracheostomy care.
• Administer NG tube feeding.
• Provide support for hearing and vision impairment.
• Assist with nonambulatory/wheelchair patient care.
• Offer positioning/mobility support for orthopedic needs.
• Monitor medically complex patients.
• Utilize AAC/eye-gaze communication devices (preferred).
