About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking nurses to provide one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients. Many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy care and ventilation management. BAYADA offers paid, self-directed, and tailored training to help nurses advance their skills. The company was founded on the principle that healthcare is better when clients receive care at home. BAYADA provides comprehensive training and around-the-clock clinical support to ensure nurses feel comfortable and competent.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-EPA
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients.
- Administer advanced care, such as tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
- Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare.
- Deliver care in the home environment.
