About The Position

Wesley Village is a full-service retirement community offering independent living homes, independent living apartments, Wesley-At-Home Home Services, Home Nursing Services and, a long-term care facility and skilled care, which includes short-term rehabilitation and memory care. We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and attentive 1:1 Sitter to join our team! As a 1:1 Companion, you will provide continuous supervision and support to an assigned resident, helping maintain their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night. This position requires continuous observation, so the ability to stay awake and attentive throughout the entire shift is an essential job expectation.

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual
• Patient and compassionate
• Must be able to remain awake, alert, and attentive for the entire overnight shift
• Comfortable working closely with elderly and our nursing team
• Committed to resident safety, dignity, and quality care

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare or caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities
