This role involves 1:1 nursing in a patient's home with pet cats. The patient is a 21-year-old with a Gastrostomy, is Non-ambulatory, Non-verbal, and experiences Seizure activity. Patient-specific training is provided.

Requirements

NYS Nursing licensure required
Must be computer literate
Completion of onboarding required prior to training
Must have malpractice insurance

Experience with Gastrostomy care
Experience with non-ambulatory patients
Experience with non-verbal patients
Experience with seizure activity management

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 nursing care in a patient's home.
Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed.
