BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled 1:1 Nurse (RN) to provide advanced care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes. Many clients require specialized care, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management. BAYADA offers comprehensive paid training, including self-directed and tailored programs, to help nurses advance their clinical skills. Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- MAR-EPA certification.
Nice To Haves
- Availability to work Thursday - Sunday nights (7p - 7a) OR Monday - Sunday daylights (7a - 7p) for a bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients.
- Manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
- Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare.
- Deliver care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
