About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking nurses who are feeling burned out and craving work-life balance. They offer one-on-one care, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, preventive care coverage for all employees (including PRN), PTO, and short commute times by matching nurses with cases nearest them. BAYADA was founded on the principle that health care is better when clients receive care at home. They provide extensive paid training from day one, including in-office, in-home, and online modules, with access to award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs. Nurses receive around-the-clock clinical support by phone and use electronic charting with AlayaCare. The company cares for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. They offer paid training to ensure nurses are comfortable and competent, with many clients requiring advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-EPA

- High-tech experience, particularly with tracheostomy and ventilator management.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients.
