1:1 Nurse (RN - Home Care)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking 1:1 Nurses (RN) for home care, offering flexibility and a supportive culture. The company's mission is to provide excellent care to clients in their homes. Nurses receive one-on-one care assignments, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay. BAYADA supports its nurses with comprehensive paid training, including award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs, around-the-clock clinical support, and electronic charting using AlayaCare. The role involves caring for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. While many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management, BAYADA offers paid self-directed and tailored training to help nurses advance their skills, even if they don't currently have high-tech experience.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-EPA
