About The Position

IntelliChoice Home Care is a small, family-owned company celebrating 17 years of providing dedicated care. We are seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs for one-on-one patient care in the home setting. This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive team environment. We focus on building meaningful connections with patients and providing comprehensive support to our nurses, including ongoing training and 24/7 clinical support. Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
• Current in-person CPR certification
• TB skin test within the past 12 months

• Experience with trach/vent care

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in the home setting.
• Work closely with families to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
• Offer support and training for nurses new to trach/vent care or those looking to refresh their skills.
